With more than 25 years in the supply chain and logistics field, Ralph has recruited and hired or placed hundreds of candidates. Before becoming a Managing Partner at Heroes Talent Group, Ralph owned and operated a small management and executive search firm. Before that, he was with one of the nation’s most respected and successful logistics companies. He has experience recruiting and placing candidates from the individual contributor level to the executive board room. Ralph spent 6 years in the Army National Guard with both Infantry and Combat Engineer units.
