On many levels we are no different than any other recruiting firm or temporary staffing agency that you have dealt with in the past or that you may be more familiar with. We provide all of the same services in the exact same formats as the other staffing agencies. We have a full payroll processing department and are over insured by insurance companies that have been rated an "A+" by the National Counsel on Compensation Insurance (NCCI). Additionally, all of our employees carry a $100,000 fidelity bond, have gone through a local, national and federal criminal background check and are required to take a pre-employment drug screening. We also conduct drug screenings randomly without forewarning, post accident and when suspected. We take all of the measures necessary to assure the protection of our employees and our clients by complying with all employment laws, rules and regulations. We are compliant with the Affordable Care Act laws, OSHA Guidelines, Department of Labor regulations and are an Equal Opportunity Employer. So in this regard we are no different than any other recruiting firm or staffing company. We will not bore you with the same old key phrases that every staffing sales representative says to hiring managers.

The way we define our business model is not very complex, we put people before profits and quality before quantity. We've made a decision that we are going to look at the person behind the resume instead of the bill rate or commissions earned from placing them. Therefore, we will not work for companies that aren't willing to give our candidates a legitimate opportunity to get a foot in the door that will allow them to showcase their talents and earn a permanent spot on their team. That is one of the most prevalent factors that has led us to intentionally remaining fairly unknown by employers and candidates. Because we only work with a very select group of clients that understand that their success is directly related to the hard work, dedication and determination of their people, we don't want every unemployed job seeker walking into our office looking for a temp job. We hold our candidates to a very high standard and we will never compromise our standards for the sake of turning a profit. We have developed an internal process that was designed to identify personality traits that we know successful people possess. I've never met anyone that is happily retired from a temporary job at "abc" temporary staffing agency. We understand there is a need for those services and a type of candidate that is willing or is only able to work on a temporary basis, that just isn't our niche. Due to a candidate base that is comprised of military veterans, spouses and dependents of veterans as well as elite career minded civilians, we are very selective with the companies we are interested in calling our client.
